“I have always been curious about Reiki and had done a little research on my own but was a little skeptical. Olivia made me feel so relaxed and explained the process and what the goals were during the session. The soft spa music and essential oils were a great way to start off and immediately opened me up and eased my anxiety. I must say I was very happy with the whole experience and almost immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. She even gave me tools for “homework” to work on opening up some chakras that were blocked, and things like meditation and other practices to help relieve some mental and physical challenges I had been experiencing. I already feel like I am hooked and on a new wellness journey, I am excited to experience. This past year has been pretty stressful and this was a great way to decompress. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment for yourself even if you aren’t sure this is for you — it will open up your mind to a new way of healing! I cannot wait for my next session.”

“I've known Olivia for many years and after watching one of her Facebook Live videos about Reiki, I knew she was the person to have my first Reiki experience with.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Prior to the appointment she called and gave me a rundown of what to expect and we discussed what feelings I had been experiencing and what I wanted to address. After making a huge career change that initially felt 100% the right decision, but later felt like 100% the wrong choice I started second-guessing myself, having feelings of self-doubt and depression. Olivia addressed my concerns and decided on what Chakras to focus on. Once we got off the phone, I got comfy on the sofa and relaxed for the next 45 minutes with an open mind.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once the session finished, Olivia called me and told me which areas were blocked and how to remedy those blocked Chakras. “Olivia at Jupiter Soul Reiki and Wellness is an amazing person and I picked up on that just by seeing her advertisement on Groupon. Although I did not use the Groupon, what she provided for me at my session yesterday was intensive and very much needed. There is no shame, no condemnation, no drama, no ridiculing, no negativity. She explains EVERYTHING and allows you to feel and just be. Olivia is very knowledgeable, expresses positivity, and gives you great insight and recommendations for continued healing.
Olivia goes through the journey with you no matter how painful it can be. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, and many other health issues but I believe that she unblocked those Chakras and gave me some great recommendations and homework to do afterward.
